SARANAC LAKE INN

Where the Village Meets the Water

Gauthiers Saranac Lake Inn sits right on Lake Flower, a short walk from the shops and cafes of downtown and a few miles from Lake Placid. Paddle the Saranac chain straight from the dock, more than thirty miles of connected water. Spend the day on a High Peaks trail, then come back to the fire as the lake goes still. The water is at your door, and the village is right behind you.

We look forward to welcoming you. Explore your stay above, or reach our reservations team at +1 (518) 362-2605.

Our Curated Guide

The Adirondacks shift with the seasons, and the inn sits right in the middle of it. Paddle the Saranac chain straight from the dock in summer, drift under the foliage in fall, then ski, snowshoe, or skate once the lake freezes. Downtown Saranac Lake is nearby for coffee and dinner, with the High Peaks and Lake Placid an easy drive when you want them. Our guide has the places we'd send a friend.

On the Lake Since 1923

The inn opened in 1923, one of the first places to take travelers in when the village was young. A century on, it sits right where it started, on the shore of Lake Flower with the water at the door. White Rainbow is carrying it forward with care.
